Domestic Shipping Policy
Shipment processing time
All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
Shipping rates & delivery estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
* Overnight delivery is only available for orders with delivery addresses within New Zealand.
Delivery delays can occasionally occur.
My Website (louz.org.nz) ships to addresses within New Zealand, using our preferred carriers – New Zealand Post.
Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Customs, Duties and Taxes
My Website (louz.org.nz) is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
My Website (louz.org.nz) is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
International Shipping Policy
We currently do not ship outside of New Zealand.
If you’re looking to return or exchange your order, we're here to help! We offer free returns or exchanges within 10 days of receiving your order. You can return your product for store credit, a different product, or a refund to the original payment method.
Please note the following exceptions to our return and exchange policy:
Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged
Mini jars are not covered under change of mind policy, and will only be refunded if damaged during transit
Returned items must have tags still on and be returned in original packaging
Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use
This policy does not cover “changed my mind”
To initiate a return or exchange, please complete the following steps:
Email use at email@example.com with your full name and order ID.
Pls state why you are wanting to return the item or what is wrong with the order.
Provide us with an address and we will send you a pre-paid envelope.
Payments are excepted via credit cards, or bank transfers on-line.
